You send us a quote request, which includes your contact information. We can usually provide a quote within one business day. Once we have scheduled and confirmed a date to move your wine, one of our team members will arrive at your residence with a refrigerated van or truck. If the wine is not already boxed, we will box it, and then take it to our climate controlled warehouse, where it can be stored for as long as you need, until you are ready to receive your wine back at your new house (if you are interested in storage, click here). We take every precaution to make sure to minimize any risk of damage, and keep the temperature at 55 degrees for the duration.
